  • How do I set up my clients onto a SecureLine?
    Setting up your clients onto SecureLine is easy. First, visit our website and log into your SecureLine account. Then, select the “Add Clients” option and enter the appropriate details for each client. Once that’s done, you can begin using SecureLine to protect your clients’ data.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my chat?
    Yes. SecureLine works very much like any other chat app for your consumer, but allows you to tailor the look and feel to your business brand. You can add: Images Videos Audio and Documents
  • Does my customer need to download an app?
    You can establish a SecureLine with your customer using the web SecureLine portal (once you are logged in). Your customer can receive your chats & documents via an android or iphone app or also via the web. When you send your first message to your client, they will be directed to choose the option that suits them.
  • How is SecureLine secure?
    SecureLine uses the highest level security methods such as end-to-end encryption and unique rotating secret and public keys to ensure messages, documents and information shared through SecureLine is completely safe.
  • Why is end-to-end encryption of SecureLine safe?
    SecureLine uses end-to-end encryption which means that when you send a message or share a document a unique secret key is generated for you and the reciever. Only you and the receiver can view the message or the document. SecureLine can't access or view it. Even if the message is intercepted by a hacker, it couldn't be seen by the hacker.
